7 Natural Ayurvedic Home Remedies for Digestive Disorders

Using ginger, garlic, carom seeds and lemon:



1. Take 1 tsp ginger paste

2. Add 1 tsp garlic paste

3. Add 1 tsp carom seed paste

4. Add juice of ½ lemon

5. Mix well

6. Have 3 times a day

Using isabgol:


1. Take 1 tbsp isabgol, commonly available ayurvedic herb

2. Add to 1 glass warm water

1.Take a glass of buttermilk.

2..Add 2 tbs of coriander juice
